Minister Chance has asked me to respond to your correspondence to him received 10 August 2007 in relation to the Kojonup to Albany Power line upgrade.

Mr Chance has noted the concerns of PLUG however the matters you raise in your letter fall within the portfolio responsibility of the Minister for Energy, the Hon. Francis Logan, MLA and I have therefore referred your correspondence to his office for his direct reply.

It is hoped that this matter will be resolved to the mutual satisfaction of all parties.
